Almost Finished!… 1 Building..
So here's what I've got so far. I'm not liking my texturing skills, the building itself is looking lousy. I'm somewhat satisfied with the wood, and the Brick is good in my opinion.

Building an Adobe Home
So here's my progress on the first of my buildings. I tore out some spots where you'll see bricks, I built the door, added some detail on the balcony, and made the top window. Did I mention I made the shingles? Because I to ally did that too. I'm working on making bricks, that's the red stuff on the screen, so yay.

Work on Project 3: Change in course
My teacher wanted me to 3D model the Taj Mahal, but... I just can't get myself motivated for it. I try and try, but no inspiration or drive to work comes to me.
So, I've decided to change course. I'll still be modeling a building (well, multiple), but not one that far east. Instead, let's head SOUTH!
Here's a small portion of concept art from the movie "The Book of Life". I'd REALLY like to model a portion of San Angel. I'd also like a bit of the Colosseum to be seen.
More Concept Art where you can see some city..
I know I can do this. And I REALLY want to do this. So... Wish me luck!
And so you know I wasn't just goofing off, here's something I 3D Modeled that I'd like to incorporate into the scene.

Project 2 For Grade
For project 2, I started out trying to build a robot character. I tried many different variations.
My first bot, I wasn't really happy with how I was doing. I got so frustrated that I just randomly decided to turn it into a bike.
Next, I tried starting over to produce a "proper character". However, I seriously missed the mark, instead making the mysterious creature with no neck.
Seriously, no neck.
Just to prove to myself that I'm not a TERRIBLE modeler, I went into Zbrush to see if I could make a more detailed body part, instead of trying to produce an entire body.
The Zspheres looked much better.
I finally decided to move on to something else, something that I thought would be easier. An environment/scene. In just the week and a half I've had to work on this (and my other projects), I've really had some fun. I'm strongly considering the rendering in ambient occlusion (once I learn how). I think this will be a lot of fun!
Here's the scene I want to make.
For the next project, I think I'll just stick to my strengths. I intend to create some sort of scene or environment with Maya that I can import into a game engine. More on that when I flesh out details.

Only having one and a half class weeks before turning this in (because I had to shift half way through) is really going to hurt things. I've made some progress on the right side of my alley. I now realize that only having one view of this place may hinder progress, but I can muscle through.
Here's a memo for myself of Substance Designer 4, a program that I MAY be able to use for texturing.

Project 2 Course Change
My character design was going in the wrong direction, and by that I mean it completely flopped. I've decided to flip over to making an environment in Maya, since I enjoy modeling environments.
I've already blocked out the essential buildings that I need, next I'll start adding detail to the buildings. I may get distracted partway through and start making some of the clutter you see lying about. The stairs and scaffolding keep drawing my attention, so I may sidetrack long enough to get that settled.

Project 2: Trying to model
I've relearned how terrible of a modeler I am, poorly attempting to make a basic character with Zbrush and then trying to make armor from that.
If things don't work out, I'll be working on an animation as a sort of side project.

Project 2 starting line.
For my second project, I really want to make my own little armored characters. I've taken quite a bit of inspiration from Spiral Knights.
My ultimate goal is to make a beefy tank/cleric sort of character and an elegant witch/swordswoman character.
Here's a really rough sketch of my first character's basic layout
Here's some different inspirations I've found.

Project 1 Soft Deadline
Here's what I was able to do so far:
-5 Rooms to run around and shoot stuff in.
-A working door blueprint to break up transitions from one room to another.
-I replaced the crazy lighting in each room for a more unified light theme.
-I replaced the crazy new era statues with some targets a little more believable.
-Changed the collision so the gun didn't entirely phase through the wall.
Changed the collision on doors so players wouldn't run through them.
I still plan to:
-incorporate a bot.
-Make my own targets.
-Play with lights.
-Play with textures.
-Change the textures f the white walls to (most likely) the plywood texture seen throughout.
I plan to make a video, but the methods I used wouldn't quite work. If any suggestions on a way I can record a video for this level, please let me know.

Base Level Example - Training Day!
I've created a basic sort of training level. The goal is to run through the course and hit the training dummies. In the 4th (Blue) room there are two large dummies to simulate where an interactive training battle would take place. The Final room is a sort of lobby to let you know you've cleared training/just goof around and shoot furniture.
The Light colors are just for fun/to make it a bit difficult for the player (simulating various conditions).

Swat-Maze!
Progress is slow but steady. The program keeps freezing every time I make a "wrong move". I'll hopefully have the first working set of doors by end of this class.
Glass Material
Well I know how to make a glass material, but I can't seem to make it a reflect the character.
Also, I've decided to set up a combination of my original maze idea and the latter swat training facility idea. I'm working on a reflective mirror to make things reflect proper-like.
